Nesselrode Pudding
- 1 pint pistachio nuts
- 1 pint almonds pounded
- 1 pint sugar
- 1 pint of water boiled
- 1 1/2 pints of cream
- 1 can grated pineapple
- 1 pound candied fruit
- 8 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
1 pint pistachio nuts, 1 pint almonds pounded, 1 pint sugar and 1 pint of water boiled to a thick syrup, 1 1/2 pints of cream, 1 can grated pineapple, 1 pound candied fruit, chopped, yolks 8 eggs. Beat yolks of eggs very light, add cream, then syrup, add fruit, and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Freeze.
