Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- Yolk of 1 egg
- Dash of cayenne
Mix completely. Then add drop by drop three-quarters cup of olive oil, beating constantly during mixing. If it grows too thick add two tablespoons of vinegar. If it is to be used immediately add one-half cup of whipped cream.
