Maple Mousse
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 pint whipping cream
Cook yolks of eggs and syrup together until thick. When cold and whipped cream and whites of eggs beaten stiffly. Place in mold and pack in ice and salt. Let stand 4 hours.
