Maple Mousse
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 1 cup maple syrup
Heat syrup, but do not let boil. Beat yolks of eggs until light, and pour them over the hot syrup, beating until cool. Whip cream and add to the beaten egg whites. Mix all together and put into mold. Pack in crushed ice and let stand 3 to 4 hours.
