Macaroni with Kidney Beans
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup strained tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked kidney beans
Heat milk to scalding point; rub flour with butter and pour milk slowly onto it. Cook for 3 minutes, then add tomatoes, macaroni, and beans. Season to taste, heat thoroughly, and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
