Lobster au Gratin

  • Lobster, medium sized
  • Mushrooms, diced
  • Cream sauce
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Bread crumbs
Cut a boiled, medium-sized lobster lengthwise, remove meat from tail and claws. Cut it in squares: add mushrooms, also diced. Moisten with a cream sauce seasoned with Worcestershire Sauce, Cayenne pepper, pepper and salt. Return the creamed lobster meat to shells, delicately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs, brown in quick oven.
