Liver and Mushrooms
- 1/2 pound of calf's liver
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 3 ounce bacon
- 1 ounce flour
Fry the liver and bacon and the mushrooms separately. Put all into a stew pan with half a pint of stock and simmer for approximately an hour and serve proudly with fried bread.
