Lentils and Onions
- 1 cup lentils
- 2 onions
- oil
- salt
Wash and thoroughly cook the lentils, putting them over fire in plenty of cold water. Drain through colander. Peel onion, slice fine, and brown in oil. Add lentils, with salt to taste. Pour on some of the lentil stock, and let simmer.
