Lemon Gelatine
- 1/2 box of gelatine
- 1 cup of cold water
- 3 cups boiling water
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 lemons
Use 1/2 box of gelatine covered with 1 cup of cold water; let stand 1/2 hour; add 3 cups boiling water, 2 cups of sugar and the juice of 2 lemons; let stand until all is dissolved, strain and put in a mold.
