Ketchup Gravy
- oil
- salt
- flour
- vegetable extract
- ketchup
Heat oil in skillet, and when hot, sift in flour. Brown flour by stirring well. Add cold water to which extract has been added, and salt. Cook until smooth. When ready to serve, add ketchup to taste.
