Jam Dumplings

  • Puff paste
  • Jam (raspberry or any other)
  • 1/3 butter
  • 2/3 sugar
Roll out a puff paste, and spread jam (raspberry or any other) on it; make into dumplings and boil till done- about 1 hour usually. Serve with a sauce made of 1/3 butter to 2/3 sugar, beaten to a cream.
