Italian Cream

  • 3 cups of cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 box of gelatine
  • Vanilla
For two molds; Three cups of cream and one cup of milk whipped stiff; one box of gelatine sweetened to taste. Put the sugar with the gelatine when it is hot. Flavor with vanilla; stir till it thickens, the mold.
