Individual Raisin Pies
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • crust
Beat eggs and sugar together with softened butter, add nuts and raisins, and bake in gem tins with one crust.
