Humble Hamburger
- 3 pounds chopped round of beef
- 1 pound chopped pork meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 rolls soaked in milk
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- Salt and pepper
Mix meats with onions; remove rolls from milk and squeeze out the excess liquid; combine with meat, add other ingredients, Mold into the shape of flat cakes of desired size, fry slowly turning once.
