Horseradish Sauce I
  • 3 tablespoon grated horseradish root
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Few grains cayenne
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
Mix first four ingredients, and add cream beaten stiff.
