Harvard Beets
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup vinegar
- 4 cups beets, cooked and diced
Mix sugar and cornstarch, add vinegar and cook for 5 minutes, stirring to prevent lumping. Add beets and cook until they are thoroughly heated through.
