Hard Sauce
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream the butter and add the sugar gradually. Add the milk and flavoring, drop by drop, to prevent separation. Beat until fluffy and smooth. Chill and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
