Ham or a Gammon of Bacon Roast

  • Ham or gammon
  • Oatmeal
  • Butter
  • Brown gravy
  • Parsley
Half boil your ham or gammon, then take off the skin, dredge it with oatmeal sifted very fine, baste it with butter, and roast it. When done, dish it up with brown gravy. Garnish it with parsley.
