Green Sweet Corn Fritters
- 2 cups green sweet corn
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 2 tablespoons syrup
- milk enough to make a batter
Salt and pepper corn to taste and add to batter. Fry in deep fat. When a richer batter is desired, add 2 large eggs to above.
