Glossy Fudge Frosting
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 squares chocolate, grated
- Few grains salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix sugar and flour, add milk slowly and the chocolate; cook in double boiler until it forms a soft ball when tested. Remove from heat, add salt, butter and vanilla, and beat until it has a creamy consistency, using high speed on mixer.
