Fruit Cream
- 1 cup bananas
- 2 cups pineapple
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy cream
Dice bananas and pineapple, and cut marshmallows into squares. Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Pour pineapple juice over bananas. Just before serving, drain off juice and add bananas to first mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten cream, and serve very cold. Garnish with strips of candied orange peel or cherries.
