Fruit Cake
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons lemon peel
- 4 tablespoons orange peel
- 4 tablespoons citron, shaved
- 4 tablespoons cherries
- Vanilla and rum, to taste
Cream butter and sugar, add those eggs one at a time and beat. Add remaining ingredients, flavor, mix well. Bake in bread pan.
