Frog Legs Saute

  • 2 1/2 pounds fresh frog legs
  • Butter salt, pepper
  • 1 ounce sliced eggplant
  • 1/4 pound tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • Herbs, little garlic
  • Spray of 1/4 pound browned butter and juice of 1 lemon
Saute the frog legs in butter, season with salt, pepper, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs and garlic. Spray the browned butter and juice of 1 lemon over the mixture before cooking. Serves 5.
