Frog Legs Saute
- 2 1/2 pounds fresh frog legs
- Butter salt, pepper
- 1 ounce sliced eggplant
- 1/4 pound tomatoes
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- Herbs, little garlic
- Spray of 1/4 pound browned butter and juice of 1 lemon
Saute the frog legs in butter, season with salt, pepper, eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, herbs and garlic. Spray the browned butter and juice of 1 lemon over the mixture before cooking. Serves 5.
