Fritter Batter

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup flour
Beat egg yolks, add milk and oil, and then flour and salt. Just before using add stiffly beaten whites of eggs. This batter should be the consistency of drop batter. It will keep several days. In using for fruits, add 1 teaspoon sugar.
