Fried Perch Sandwich
- Butter
- Soft bread
- Fillets of cold fried perch
- Pickled cucumbers
- Sprig of parsley
Butter soft bread. The fillets of cold fried perch are carefully removed and placed on sandwich, white part facing down. In the center of the sandwich, place a mound of pickled cucumbers, and garnish top with a sprig of parsley.
