French Chocolate
- 2 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Few grains salt
- 1/2 cup cream, whipped
Add chocolate to water and stir over low flame until chocolate is melted; add sugar and salt, boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in whipped cream. Into each serving cup put 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture and fill with hot milk. Stir well and serve at once.
