Eggs Baked with Onions
- 4 medium sized onions
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 eggs
- seasoning and parsley
Slice onions into pan in which melted butter has been placed and fry to a rich golden brown, taking care not to burn. Spread evenly over bottom of a fireproof dish, season lightly with pepper and salt, and break eggs into it. Place in oven until eggs are set. Garnish with parsley and serve at once in same dish.
