Egg Rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lard or lard and butter
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Enough flour to make stiff dough
Roll out, cut desired size, bake in hot oven. Nice biscuit for tea. If liked, add two tablespoons of white sugar.
