Egg Paste Sandwich
- Mayonnaise, or lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- hard-boiled egg yolks
- whole wheat bread
Mash fine the egg yolks and bring to a paste with the mayonnaise or with lemon juice, seasoned with pepper and salt. Spread between slices of buttered bread.
