Easy Chocolate Frosting

  • 1 cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
In small saucepan, over low heat, combine chocolate chips and milk
Stir constantly until mixture is smooth and thick
Remove from heat, and beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
If frosting is too thick, add more evaporated milk.
