Easter Egg Nog

  • 2 cups thick cream, whipped
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 egg whites
Combine whipped cream with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten until thick and lemon-colored; add brandy and stiffly beaten egg whites. A little more sugar may be added if your little heart desires. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve cool.
