Date, Nut, and Pineapple Salad
- 1 cup stoned dates
- 8 slices canned pineapple
- 1 cup nuts
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 medium sized apples
- 1/2 pound white grapes
- dressing
Chop apples, celery, nuts, and dates, and cut grapes in two. Mix with dressing. Place slices of pineapple on lettuce and heap mixture on pineapple. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
