Danish Pudding
- 1/2 cup tapioca
- 3 cup boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tumbler currant jelly
Soak tapioca in water several hours, and cook in same water until transparent. Add remaining ingredients.
Mold, chill, and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
