Curry Sauce
  • 1 tablespoons minced onion
  • butter
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
Brown onion slightly in butter. Add white sauce and curry powder, dissolved in a little water. Boil 2 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
