Creamed Vegetables
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 cup potatoes
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons butter
Cook vegetables in water. When done, there will be very little water left. Take from stove, mash and beat to a cream. Add butter and beat well. Serve with olives.
