Creamed Nuts
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 teaspoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Walnuts or other nuts
Mix sugar, unbeaten egg whites, vanilla and water into a stiff paste, Mold into the shape of a little balls, press between halved walnuts or other nut meats. Stoned dates may also be filled with this cream, or it may be mixed with chopped nuts, shaped into bars and cut into squares.
