Cream Crackers

  • 1 pint of cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of soda
  • Flour
Have ready one pint of cream and six eggs; beat the whites to a froth; if the cream is sour, a teaspoonful of soda must be mixed with it. Add to the cream and eggs sufficient flour to make a very stiff dough, and pound it half an hour.
