Cream Cheese Pie Crust
- 2 1/2 packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups pastry flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Mix with a fork until light and fluffy, the cream cheese and shortening; mix in sifted salt and flour. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.
