  • Crab meat
  • Oyster or clam shells (or in shell dishes).
  • White sauce
  • Chili sauce
  • Eescoffier cause
  • Curry powder
  • Cayeene Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Melted butter
  • Piece of lemon
  • Sprig of parsley.
Place fresh, hot, steamed crab meat in oyster or clam shells (or in shell dishes). Cover with a hot white sauce, seasoned with chili sauce, escoffier cause, a little curry powder, pinch of Cayeene Pepper and paprika. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, pour atop each some melted butter, bake in oven heated to 350F until nicely browned. Serve piping hot, with a piece of lemon and sprig of parsley.
