Country Ham with Honey Drippings
- Smoked ham
- 3 teaspoons of honey
- Candied yam
- Glazed apple.
Saute a thick slice of smoked ham in hot frying pan. Before serving spread 3 teaspoons of honey over ham. Serve on side with slices of candied yam and glazed apple.
