Cottage Cheese Dessert
- cottage cheese
- seasoning
- thick, sweet cream
- preserves
Have cheese well drained and cold, and seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little cream. Shape into balls the size of large walnuts. Put 3 or 4 on a plate, and heap upon them about a spoonful of cherry or watermelon preserves. On one side of plate place 2 or 3 ginger cookies or a piece of light, plain cake.
