Cornmeal Muffins
- 3/4 cup of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 3/4 cup of cornmeal
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- Salt
Mix the following ingredients together: three-quarters of a cup of butter, two eggs, one cup of milk, three-quarters of a cup of cornmeal, two cups of flour, half a cup of sugar, three teaspoons of baking powder, a little salt. Bake in muffin tins.
