Cornmeal Muffins
  • 1 1/3 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup corn meal
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
Mix all ingredients to together, bake in oven heated to 350F. Makes 12 muffins.
