Corn, Ham and Tomato Salad

  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 ears cooked corn
  • 4 slices boiled ham, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Garlic if desired
  • Mayonnaise
Peel and hollow out tomatoes, cut corn off the cob; mix with tomato pulp and chopped ham. Add seasonings and just enough mayonnaise to moisten. Stuff tomatoes and arrange on salad plates, with an outline of watercress or curly endive around each. Serve with additional mayonnaise.
