Corn Fritters
- 1 can corn
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Powdered sugar
Place corn in mixing bowl with the flour, egg, salt and a very little sugar, and mix well. At the last minute before frying the fritters, add baking powder and stir in slowly until mixed. Fry them to a nice brown on both sides and when all cooked, delicately sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
