Corn Fritters
  • 1 can sweet corn
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
Add to corn the flour and baking powder, and beaten yolks of eggs, and fold in whites. Fry in hot fat, and drain on paper.
