Consomme' with Barley

  • 2 tbsps. pearl barley
  • 8 cups boiling water
  • 2 QTS consomme'
  • 1 tsp. salt
Cook barley in boiling water until tender; add salt, reheat in consomme' and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
