Cold Roast Pork
- Roast pork or veal
- Anchovy fillets
- Jellied stock
- Capers
- Fresh lettuce
Cut cold roast pork or veal in neat slices and place on a platter. Rolled anchovy fillets are placed on the slices. The fresh meat with the anchovies makes a splendid combination. Garnish with jellied stock and some capers and fresh lettuce.
