Cold Roast Loin of Pork
- Roast loin of pork
- Apples
- Cooked prune
- 1 teaspoon preserved loganberries
Roast loin of pork and allow to cool off. Slice when cold and place the slices on end so as to make it appear uncut on a platter. Garnish with halved cooked apples which have been scooped out somewhat. In each half apple place a cooked prune or a teaspoon preserved loganberries.
