Cold Almond Pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 pound of ground almonds
- 1/4 pound of powdered sugar
- Eggs
Four eggs, quarter pound of ground almonds, quarter pound of powdered sugar; beat the eggs until very light, then add the sugar and almonds gently, then beat till it bubbles, and put in a greased dish. Put blanched almonds on top and bake in rather a oven heated to 350F.
